We have extensive experience in new plant design, retrofits and upgrades - so we can deliver a cost effective solution at any, or every, stage of your project. From initial design to final commissioning, we analyze your individual situation to prevent unnecessary and expensive delays or downtime.

Documentation

We're not finished until the paperwork is done. At the end of every II project, we assemble all of the design documents into a cohesive set of binders that form the basis for future training, as well as inventory and spares management.

The binders are volume indexed, organizing:

  • P&IDs

  • Equipment lists

  • Electrical schematics

  • Installation drawings

  • Functional descriptions

  • Screen shots from the computer system

  • All OEM part numbers

  • And any other information from the new system
